🚚 Shipping & Delivery
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once your order and photos are confirmed, delivery normally takes 2–3 business days within the UAE.
Which delivery company do you use?
We use Quiqup for our local UAE deliveries.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery or tracking information will be provided when available.
What if I entered the wrong delivery address?
Please contact us as soon as possible at hello@aymagnet.ae. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to update the address.

How does the AI cartoon magnet work?
You send us your original photo, and we transform it into a beautiful AI cartoon-style artwork before creating your personalized magnet.
Will my cartoon look exactly like my original photo?
We aim to keep the important features, people, and feeling of your original photo recognizable. However, because AI creates an artistic interpretation, small differences may occur.
What kind of photos work best?
For the best result, upload a clear, bright, high-quality photo where faces are clearly visible. Avoid blurry, very dark, or heavily cropped photos.
Can I use photos of families, couples, kids or pets?
Absolutely! ❤️ You can create magnets from family memories, couples, children, babies, pets, weddings, birthdays, travel moments and much more.

How do I send my photos?
After placing your order, follow the photo-upload instructions provided to submit your images securely.
Can I use different photos for each magnet?
Yes! If your selected product includes multiple magnets, you can use different photos to create your own personalized collection.
Can I request changes to my photo?
If you have a special request, please let us know when submitting your photos. We will do our best to accommodate reasonable customization requests.
Can I change my photo after submitting it?
Please contact us as soon as possible. Once your artwork or magnet has entered production, changes may no longer be possible.

When does my order go into production?
Production begins after we receive and confirm your order and the required photos.
Can I cancel a personalized order?
Because our products are made specifically for you, cancellation may not be possible once customization or production has started.
What if there is a problem with my order?
Please contact us at hello@aymagnet.ae with your order details and photos of the issue. Our team will review it and assist you.
