Throughout these Terms, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to AYCRAFT FZE / AYMAGNET.

AYMAGNET provides this website, including all information, content, features, tools, personalized products and related services, to you subject to these Terms of Service.

Our online store is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to offer our products and services.

By visiting our website, placing an order, uploading photographs or other content, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use our Services.

1. Access and Account

By using our Services, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a purchase agreement in your jurisdiction.

When placing an order, you may be required to provide information including your name, email address, telephone number, billing information, delivery address and payment information.

You agree that all information you provide is accurate, complete and current.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account.

2. Our Products

AYMAGNET specializes in personalized products, including custom photo magnets, acrylic photo magnets, AI-stylized photo products and other customized items.

We make reasonable efforts to display our products accurately. However, colors, brightness, cropping, proportions and appearance may vary depending on your screen, device, uploaded photograph, printing process and materials.

Because many of our products are handmade or personalized, minor variations between items may occur and are not necessarily considered defects.

Product descriptions, designs, sizes, prices and availability may be changed without prior notice.

3. Personalized Products and Customer Photos

When ordering a personalized product, you may be asked to upload photographs, names, dates, messages, text or other personalization information.

You are responsible for ensuring that:

• the photographs and information you provide are correct;
• you have the necessary rights or permission to use the photographs;
• the uploaded content does not violate the rights of another person;
• names, dates, spelling and other personalization details are accurate.

AYMAGNET is not normally responsible for errors caused by incorrect information submitted by the customer.

Low-resolution, blurry, dark or poor-quality photographs may affect the final printed result.

We will make reasonable efforts to produce the best possible result from the files provided.

4. AI-Generated and AI-Stylized Products

Some AYMAGNET products may use artificial intelligence or digital processing to transform customer photographs into cartoon, illustrated or other artistic styles.

AI-generated artwork may not reproduce every detail of the original photograph exactly.

Differences may occur in facial details, clothing, colors, backgrounds, hair, expressions or other artistic elements.

By ordering an AI-stylized product, you acknowledge that reasonable artistic variations are part of the product.

This does not affect your rights if the product is defective, damaged or materially different from what was ordered.

5. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase a product from AYMAGNET.

Your order is accepted after successful payment authorization and confirmation by us.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of:

• suspected fraud;
• payment problems;
• pricing or website errors;
• unavailable materials;
• inappropriate or unlawful uploaded content;
• inability to fulfil the requested customization.

If we cancel a paid order that has not been fulfilled, we will arrange an appropriate refund.

Your original Shopify terms already state that orders are subject to the refund policy.

6. Order Changes and Cancellations

Because personalized products may enter production shortly after an order is placed, please contact us immediately if you need to make a change or cancellation.

Once production has started, we may be unable to change or cancel a personalized order.

Any cancellation or refund will be subject to our Return and Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

7. Prices and Payment

Prices displayed on our website are shown in the currency indicated at checkout.

Prices, promotions and discounts may change without prior notice.

The price applicable to your purchase will be the price displayed when you place your order, subject to correction of obvious errors.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and payment information.

Payments are processed through Shopify and/or authorized payment service providers.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times shown on our website are estimates.

We aim to prepare and dispatch orders within the stated timeframe, but delays may occasionally occur due to courier operations, public holidays, weather, high order volumes or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address and contact number.

If an order cannot be delivered because incorrect delivery information was provided by the customer, additional delivery charges may apply.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.

9. Returns and Refunds

Returns, replacements and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Because many AYMAGNET products are personalized and manufactured specifically for an individual customer, they may not be eligible for return simply because of a change of mind.

However, please contact us if an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrectly produced or materially different from what you ordered.

Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

10. Intellectual Property

The AYMAGNET website, branding, logos, designs, graphics, product photographs, written content and other materials created by us are owned by or licensed to AYCRAFT FZE, unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially use our website content without prior permission.

Customer-Provided Content

You retain any ownership rights you have in photographs and other original content you provide to us.

By uploading content for an order, you give us permission to use and process that content only as reasonably necessary to:

• create your personalized product;
• process and fulfil your order;
• provide customer service;
• resolve complaints or reprints;
• perform related operational functions.

We do not claim ownership of your personal photographs simply because you upload them for an order.

11. Prohibited Content

You must not upload or provide content that:

• you do not have permission to use;
• infringes copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights;
• is unlawful;
• contains malicious software;
• is intended to commit fraud or other illegal activity.

We reserve the right to refuse an order involving content that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or applicable law.

14. Relationship With Shopify

AYMAGNET is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide our online store and related Services.

Purchases made through our store are transactions between you and AYCRAFT FZE / AYMAGNET, not Shopify.

Shopify is not the seller of AYMAGNET products.

This section is worth retaining because Shopify's original Terms template specifically identifies it as describing Shopify's relationship with your store.

15. Privacy

Personal information collected through our Services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

This may include personal and order information as well as photographs and personalization content that you provide when ordering custom products.

If you submit a review, suggestion, comment or other feedback relating to AYMAGNET, you confirm that you have the right to provide that content.

We will not intentionally use a customer's private personal photographs for advertising without appropriate permission.

These Terms and transactions with AYMAGNET are governed by the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and applicable laws and regulations in the Emirate of Sharjah, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply.

Any dispute will be handled by the competent authorities or courts having jurisdiction under applicable UAE law.

This replaces the generic Shopify wording in your existing version that refers to the jurisdiction where “My Store” is headquartered.

25. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when necessary to reflect changes to our business, website, products, services or legal requirements.

The latest version will be published on this page together with the updated revision date.

You do not need to change these Terms every day.
